Mr. Shi Lei Took Office to New President of HIGHLEAD

Shangahi Huigong No.3 Sewing Machine Factory (Head office and Factory: Shanghai, China) which is known well as brand name of “HIGHLEAD” has lately announced that Mr. Shi Lei who is a former vice president took office as new president of the company in December. Mr. Shi Lei was born in 1963, 49 years old.
This president shift is followed on the retirement age of former president Mr. Wang Rui Fu. And Mr. Wang is inaugurated as adviser.
Mr. Shi Lei stated the ambition of new president assumption of office as follows;
“I would like to inherit fundamentally the directivity raised focusing on former president Wang, and to go. Our company has manufactured mainly on the products of a multi-model smallness lot until now.
We intend to manufacture a highly efficient sewing machine, employing original technical capabilities and development power efficiently hereafter.
Furthermore, I would like to make a “HIGHLEAD” brand as a strong manufacturer. Moreover, I would like to have responsibility also to the investor and employee to our company. Furthermore, the relation of overseas company is still made closer and it does not only become a company which pursue only profits.
Knowing an overseas customer’s opinions, and the products of quality which replies to a request, is offered, and further, we develop. I would like to contribute also to the whole industry through these things simultaneously. ”
The personal history of Mr. Shi Lei is as follows:
From January 1983 to December 1993 :
Worked as vice-chief of Assembly shop of China Typical Sewing Machine Industries, Co., Ltd.
From January 1994 to May 1999:
Worked as section chief of quality control of X’ian Typical Brother Industries, Co., Ltd.
From June 1999 to December 2006:
Worked as section chief of quality control of HIGHLEAD (Shanghai Huigong No. 3 Sewing Machine Factory)
From January 2007 to November 2011:
Assumes Vice-president of HIGHLEAD
From December 2011:
Assumes President of HIGH-LEAD
