China Has A Big Change Required

Thanks To Conclusion of Labor Contract And Change of The Chinese Currency

A big change reaches this year to Chinese sewing machine industry and sewing industry in China which prosperity continued until middle of last year.
As an opportunity of sudden rise in the personnel expenses of Japan, Taiwan and South Korea, many sewing factories flowed from above three countries to China in the 1990’s, and Chinese sewing industry has developed. That number is said as from 6,000 to 7,000 companies in all. With these conditions, the factory of these sewing machine manufacturers in three countries advanced to China. Then, the mass production models were started.
At the same time, Chinese sewing machine manufacturer has widely invested, and the production of the sewing machine was drastically extended. And the age of the large-scaled free competition started.
The sewing factory and leather goods factory which has advanced to China accepted an order of large quantities from Europe and U.S. market, and these factories was made to work.
Owing to an influence of the olympic which will be held in Beijing in August, the whole economic became prosperous conditions, namely, it was called “the olympic business” .
But, in the latter half last year, the factory cannot easily enforce the increase of personnel expenses and employee’s dismissal any more due to the enactment of the way of employing which was decided by Chinese government.
