CISMA 2011 Was Held Under The Theme of “Quality, Green and High Efficiency”

The Number of Exhibitors 1,182 Companies, And Visitors Were 49,827 Persons in Four Days

CISMA 2011 (China Int’l Sewing Machinery & Accessories Show) was held at Shanghai New Int’l Expo Center of Shanghai which holds once in two years by sponsorship of CSMA (China Sewing Machinery Association) for four days from September 27 to 30.
Concerning the exhibitors of this year, it was sum total 1,182 companies
The details are as follows;
- China: 1,002 companies
- Taiwan: 68 companies
- Hong Kong: 32 companies
- Japan: 20 companies
- Germany: 20 companies
- South Korea: 19 companies
- Total of foreign exhibitors: 180 companies
The 9 Hal1s of from W1 to W5 and from E1 to E4 of the exhibition hall of Shanghai New Int’l Expo Center, and a total of 103,500 square meters were used this year also. A total of 49,827 persons (declaration by the organizers) came in the holding period for four days.
CISMA 2011 of this year was held under the theme of “Quality, Green and High Efficiency”.
This time, it was considered in the place of exhibitor’s booth, and major industrial sewing machine makers were dispersed by from W1 to W3 especially. Therefore, visitor does not concentrate on one exhibit hall, and confusion was eased comparatively.
CISMA 2009 held in September, 2009 is the next year of “Lehman Shock”, and it was held at the time when the sewing machine industry in the world had also hung low.
Therefore, the number of the dates of the show was also shortened to three days, and there were few visitors compared with an ordinary year.
