Chinese Sewing Industry Reached Turning Point

The Correspondence to The Profit Aggravation
Is Rapidly Needed

The precondition supporting Chinese sewing industry has been changed greatly in recent one year or two years.
As a result of them, Chinese related sewing industry reaches a big turning point.
As for that changed precondition, two big factors are occurred that it is the rise in the various costs due to the change in the environment, and the policy conversion of Chinese Government.
By this big changes, Chinese sewing industry and the sewing machine manufacture industry are goaded on the big conversion.
The rise of the various costs and a change of labor conditions are big first factors as a change in the environment.
A sudden rise in the labour cost is the biggest burden in the sewing industry which is specially said as the representation of the labor intensive industry.
If Shanghai is taken for instance, the monthly minimum wages of the worker in 2008 is RMB960, and it is the rise rates of increase of about 40% compared with 2005. Then, this is raised every year.
Furthermore, raw material caused by a sudden rise of the crude oil price and a rise of the energy cost proceed, too. In addition to this, the shortage of worker became a serious problem also.
