The Industrial Sewing Machine Manufacturers Which Continues Production Increase

Shortage of Assembly Parts And The Rise of Cost Are Problem

Against the background of the prosperity of the sewing industry in Asian area, each industrial sewing machine manufacturers in China, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea are forced to make production increase of sewing machine at present.It is expected that it continues for the time being even if this condition will enter in 2011.
The dull tone of the sewing industry which occurred from the monetary crisis in 2008 is recovering rapidly as for the demand of sewing in Asian area on mainly China from the second half of 2009. And prosperity is still continuing at present.
Especially in China, in addition to abundant domestic demand, the export sewing goods for Europe and U.S. market are also advancing favorably. And sewing companies resumed the capital investment all at once which refrained till now.
In connection with it, its condition was spurred for the demand of industrial sewing machines also. The export-oriented sewing in Asian sewing bases, such as China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Pakistan is favourable.
Against the background of the good condition of these sewing industry, each industrial sewing machine manufacturers are continuing production increase. However, each company holds the common problem.
It is the rise of personnel expenses, the rise of material cost and short supply of manufacturing parts. Especially, as for problem in sewing machine manufacture, every thing not only sewing machine parts but also motor and table is shortage.Even if the maker receives an order, the ordered sewing machine might not be able to be manufactured.
